Postoperative period
From the first day after the operation, exercise therapy is carried out under the supervision of the coach and the attending physician. From 2-3 days the patient begins to move with the help of crutches. In the postoperative period, the necessary drug therapy is carried out (antibiotics, analgesics, low molecular weight heparin for the prevention of thrombosis, intravenous administration, vasoconstrictor, etc.). The hospital stay is from 5 to 12 days after the operation.
Rehabilitation
Patients can be rehabilitated after arthroplasty in the conditions of the Republican Scientific and Practical Center for Physiotherapy (Department of Physiotherapy and Physiotherapy) or the Republican Clinical Hospital for Medical Rehabilitation. Scheduled medical examinations of patients are performed in dynamics directly by the surgeon or chief operating officer. department throughout the observation period.
